How it works

Three steps. You are not committed to anything until the second one.

  1. Tell us what you need

    One form. Describe the problem in plain English — you do not need a spec, a wireframe, or a technical vocabulary. If you can explain it to a colleague, you can explain it to us.

  2. We scope it with you

    We come back with a build tier, a delivery window, and a written list of exactly what you will get. You approve that before a line of code is written. If it is not a fit, we will tell you that instead.

  3. We build it and hand it over

    Working software, deployed and live. The code, the repository, and the hosting accounts end up in your name. Nothing is held hostage and nothing switches off later.

A fair question, and one that deserves a straight answer rather than a slogan.

Building software got radically cheaper

What used to take a team a quarter now takes days. We are not discounting our work or subsidising you — the work genuinely costs a fraction of what it cost three years ago. Prices have not caught up yet. Ours have.

We would rather be the ones who make it free

Somebody is going to. We would rather it be us, and we would rather have a portfolio of real software running in the world than a pipeline of invoices. Every build makes the next one faster.

We make money elsewhere — never from you

Optional paid hosting and support if you want us to keep running it, and referral partnerships for services you were going to buy anyway. There is no upsell, no trial that expires, and no paywall placed in front of something we already built for you.

The questions we always get

What's the catch?
There is no fee and no contract for the build. What we ask is that you engage — answer questions during scoping and tell us when something is wrong. A build fails when nobody on your side is available, not when the budget runs out.
Who owns the result?
You do. The code, the repository, the domain, and the cloud accounts end up in your name. If you never speak to us again, everything keeps running.
Will you build anything?
Almost. We build websites, web apps, and enterprise platforms. We do not build anything illegal, anything designed to deceive people, or anything we would not want our name on. We will tell you straight away if that is the answer.
How many can you take on?
A finite number at a time, which is the real constraint rather than money. We work a queue, and we will give you an honest start date rather than a hopeful one.
